Who can see my profile?
Only you & the team at THM, until you choose to apply to a role, and reveal your profile to the business. Your profile is not searchable by a business
Is my data private?
Yes!
Data is stored or shared with European servers and when or if AI is used this is within closed environments and not using commercial models. Any data shared here is anonymised too.
Your data is only shareable with your consent.
Can recruiters contact me?
No, third party recruiters cannot contact you. Our team at THM may be in touch with you, or talent teams at a contact's business
How often do I get matches?
Matches are automatically updated in your account, and we add roles to the platform daily. You can set your preference regarding matched emails, from daily, weekly, and monthly or turn them off completely
How does THM tech work?
We use a range or solutions from proprietary algorithms, and matching models to AI. We match you to opportunities based on your profile that you create with us based on your skills and experience and therefore on your previous historical experience and your ongoing preferences.
